- Late payments may be subject to interest charges at the rate of 1.5 percent per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lower.
- The client is responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and governmental charges associated with the services, excluding taxes based on BrecSecure net income.
- BrecSecure reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received when due and the client fails to cure the delinquency within ten business days after receiving written notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SAF Distributing LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or subcontractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from or related to your use of the Website or Services.
